Care built around
the whole of you
Our mission is simple: help women know what's happening in their bodies, understand what it means, and act on it with a GP who has time to listen. Real explanations, and a plan you can genuinely follow.
A question we
couldn't stop asking
Between us, we've spent years working across healthcare — one of us in the technology helping people access care, the other in the consulting room delivering it. Somewhere in that overlap, we kept coming back to the same question: what would it actually take to build a GP practice we'd genuinely want for ourselves?
That question stayed with us for a long time before we did anything about it. Eventually, we stopped treating it as a hypothetical and started building the answer. Her Healthcare grew out of that — not a plan drawn up on a whiteboard, but something built slowly and deliberately, around the kind of care we'd want for the women in our own lives.
Care that treats you
as a whole person
Today, that early question has become a practice built around real time, genuine continuity, and care that looks at the whole picture rather than one symptom at a time. [Founder Name] leads Her Healthcare, bringing over ten years in senior marketing and team leadership, and a conviction that healthcare should feel personal, not procedural. [Clinical Lead Name], our Clinical Lead and a GMC-registered GP, brings years of experience across digital and in-person general practice, and leads the clinical thinking behind everything we do.
At the centre of that thinking is what we call the Whole-Woman Model — a way of practising medicine that treats your body, mind and circumstances as connected, not separate. In practice, that means three things happen at every appointment: your GP takes the time to properly know your history before you arrive, helps you understand what's actually happening and why, and works with you to build a plan you can act on. Know. Understand. Act. It's a simple idea — the difference is that we actually follow it through, every time.

What we ask
of ourselves
Trust in healthcare isn't given easily, especially once it's been let down before. We don't expect you to simply take our word for it — we'd rather you judged us on whether we actually keep it.
So when we say you'll have time, we mean it as a starting point, not a favour — every GP here is GMC-registered, working to a CQC-aligned standard, because that should be a given, not a selling point. When we say you'll see the same doctor, it's because we believe your story deserves to build on itself, not restart every time you walk through the door. And when we tell you what something costs, or write down what we've discussed, it's because you shouldn't have to wonder, or remember it alone.
We hold ourselves to one simple test: would we book this appointment for someone we love? If the answer is ever no, we won't offer it to you either.
