GP-led care for every aspect of your health.
This is longevity, for the whole of you.
Longevity care at Her Healthcare starts with the same thing every appointment here starts with — a GP who sees you as one connected system, across every stage of life.
A GP-led women's health practice,
built for every stage of life
Lifespan is simply how many years you're alive. Healthspan is how many of those years you spend well — strong, clear-headed, and able to do the things you actually want to do. That's what longevity means to us: helping you get more of the second, for the whole of your life. It starts with a GP who already knows you and stays with you as your body and your needs change — through your teenage years, your career, motherhood if that's part of your story, and every stage after. At Her Healthcare, longevity isn't a separate service bolted onto general practice — it's what general practice becomes when a GP is given the time to look further ahead with you, and walk that path alongside you.
Sleep, mood, metabolism, bone density, motivation, relationships, sense of self — hormonal change moves through all of them simultaneously. That's the case for looking at all ten pillars together, in one plan, held by the person who already knows your whole story. We asked a simple question: what if a woman's own GP held all ten together, and supported you through each one? Every longevity plan here is built and owned by a GMC-registered GP — a women's health specialist who knows you, your history, and what matters most to you right now. And this practice only treats women, by design, because a longevity plan looks different at sixteen, thirty-six and sixty-six, and we want to walk alongside you through all of it.
Clinics, biohacking studios, and a new generation of preventive health platforms are all building toward the same idea: more good years, not just more years. Women make up the majority of people living into later life, and increasingly, the majority of people actively investing in their own healthspan. That's a real opportunity to build something that speaks to a woman's biology at every stage of it — from the teenage years through to later life, supporting her through each one as it comes. Where your plan points to a pillar that benefits from specialist support, we're also building a curated network of trusted London and UK practitioners to recommend alongside it — details will follow as this network is confirmed.
Your movement affects your sleep, which affects your mood, which affects how you age.
Longevity means looking at every aspect of your health together, as one whole story.
The ten pillars above are how you live. Your GP also reviews what a test can measure — the same clinical markers behind our full Health Markers page — together, in one plan, not as separate appointments.
It starts with the GP who already knows you
Not just what's wrong right now, but how you're actually ageing, and what to do about it. That question only gets answered properly by someone who already has your history in front of them.
